各学院：

为助力重庆汽车产业出海，发挥我校留学生多语种与跨文化传播优势，丰富学生课余实践活动，提升新媒体创作与跨文化交流能力，现面向全校中外学生举办“渝车环球行”直播视频竞赛，现将相关事宜通知如下：

一、活动主题

多语讲车，无界传播——让渝车走向世界

二、参赛对象

全校全日制本科生、硕士研究生，3人以内中外学生混合组队参赛。

三、赛程安排

6月1日~6月10日报名；6月5日~6月15日提交作品；6月16日~6月25日评审；6月26日~6月29日结果公示；6月30日表彰颁奖。

四、参赛作品要求

1.视频时长3~8分钟，MP4格式1080P竖屏，原创无水印，严格遵守语言及字幕规范。

2.作品形式：分为两类，选手可二选一或结合创作，鼓励一镜到底直播形式（更贴合海外直播传播场景）

①模拟直播录像：模拟海外直播场景，由选手出镜讲解，可包含互动模拟、车型展示等环节；

②品牌宣传短视频：聚焦渝车某一核心亮点（性能、新能源、智能科技等），制作具备传播性的短视频，画面精美、重点突出。

3.提交方式：报名表、承诺书、作品简介及视频打包并以“团队+作品名称”命名，发送至邮箱3474843837@qq.com。

4.赛事咨询QQ群：235119127（加群确认报名）。

五、奖项设置

竞赛计划设一、二、三等奖及三项单项特色奖，颁发荣誉证书及现金奖励，奖项不重复获评。

（以上为奖项设置初步方案，根据报名参赛作品数量、质量等具体情况，主办方可对奖项设置作适当优化调整。）

六、其他

作品须原创合规，逾期或格式不符视为弃权，竞赛组委会保留最终解释权。

Notice on Holding the “ChongqingVehicle Global Tour” Live Video Competition

To all colleges, faculty and students:

To support Chongqing’s automobile industry in expanding overseas markets, leverage the multilingual and cross-cultural communication strengths of our international students, enrich students’ extracurricular practical activities, and improve their new media content creation and cross-cultural communication capabilities, the “ChongqingVehicle Global Tour” Live Video Competition is now open to all Chinese and international students of the university. Details are as follows:

I.Competition Theme

Tell vehicle stories in multiple languages, spread without boundaries — Let Chongqing vehicles go global.

II.Eligibility

All full-time undergraduate and master’s degree students of the university are eligible to participate.Teams shall consist of no more than 3 members, with a mix of Chinese and international students.

IV.Entry Requirements

1.Duration: 3–8 minutes;Format: MP4, 1080P, vertical screen.All works must be original, watermark-free, and strictly comply with language and subtitle specifications.

2.Work formats (choose one or combine both, live-stream style recording is encouraged for better alignment with overseas content scenarios):

①Simulated live-stream recording: Simulate an overseas live broadcast scenario, with team members appearing on camera to explain, which may include simulated interaction, vehicle model display and other segments;

②Brand promotion short video: Focus on one core highlight of Chongqing vehicles (such as performance, new energy, smart technology, etc.), with exquisite visuals and clear highlights, suitable for social media dissemination.

3.Submission Method

Package the registration form, originality commitment letter, work introduction and the video file, name the compressed package in the format of"Team Name + Work Title", and send it to: 3474843837@qq.com.

4.Consultation

V.Awards

The competition plans to set first, second and third prizes, plus three special individual awards. Winners will receive honor certificates and cash prizes. No duplicate awards will be granted.

Note: The award setup may be adjusted appropriately by the organizer based on the actual number and quality of entries.

VI.Other Notes

All entries must be original and comply with relevant regulations. Submissions that are late or fail to meet format requirements will be deemed as voluntary withdrawal. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation.
