“陆海通访问学者计划”是重庆交通大学设立的国际人才交流计划，由国际教育学院组织实施，旨在推动重庆交通大学欧洲研究中心研究人员和海外学者联合开展学术研究，促进欧洲研究中心高质量发展。

一、申请条件

申请人应为国外大学或研究机构的教职或研究人员，至少有一项在研项目或课题，研究方向涉及工管理经文法等与重庆交通大学专业学科相关的领域。若申请人在外国政府、国际组织、知名企业或媒体机构工作，同时具备较强的学术研究能力，也可申报。

二、访问时间

申请人须在2025年10月~2027年6月期间安排来华访问，访问时长为7~90天。

三、访学任务

1.访问学者须在指定的办公场地开展科学研究；并积极参加重庆交通大学欧洲研究中心组织的学术交流活动。

2.访问学者须完成与重庆交通大学欧洲研究中心商定的科研任务，包括但不限于：共同发表论文；撰写研究报告；提供资政报告；开展联合研究等。

3.访问学者每周至少参与2次欧洲研究中心组织的学术交流活动。

4.访问学者须保证其所提交的论文、报告等不会引起任何版权纠纷。

四、资助保障

1.资助标准：学校将为访问学者报销国际往返经济舱机票（具体标准见下表），并提供相应生活补贴：助理教授（600元/天，税前）；副教授（800元/天，税前）；正教授（1200元/天，税前）。

Chongqing Jiaotong UniversityLand-sea Connectivity Visiting Scholar Program

The“Land-sea ConnectivityVisiting Scholar Program”is an international talent exchange initiative established by Chongqing Jiaotong University, organized and implemented by the International EducationSchool. It is to promote joint academic research between researchers from the EuropeanStudiesCenter of CJUand overseas scholars, and to advance the high-quality development of the Center.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold foreign nationality and be faculty members or researchers at overseas universities or research institutions, with at least one ongoing research project or topic. Their research directions should cover fields such as engineering, management, economics, literature, lawandother fieldsrelated to the professional disciplines of CJU.Applicants with backgrounds in government, international organizations, renowned enterprises, or media institutions, who also possess strong academic communication and scientific policy research capabilities, are also eligible to apply.

2. Visiting Period

Applicants must arrange their visit to China between October 2025 and June 2027, with a visiting duration of 7 to 90 days.

3. Responsibilities

①Visiting scholars must conduct scientific research in the designated office space and actively participate in academic exchange activities organized by the European Studies Center of CJU.

②Visiting scholars must complete the research tasks agreed upon with the European Studies Center of CJU, including but not limited to: co-publishing academic papers, writing research reports, providing policy advisory reports, and conducting joint research.

③Visiting scholars must participate in at least 2 academic exchange activities organized by the European Studies Center every week.

④Visiting scholars must ensure that the papers, reports, and other materials they submit do not give rise to any copyright disputes.

4. Funding and Support

①Funding Standards: The university will reimburse visiting scholars for round-trip international economy class airfare (see the table below for specific standards) and provide corresponding living allowances: Assistant Professors (600 RMB/day, pre-tax); Associate Professors (800 RMB/day, pre-tax); Full Professors (1200 RMB/day, pre-tax).

5. Application Method

①Applicants are required to submit the following materials (in English): Application form, resume, high-resolution ID photo (JPEG or PNG), research plan (no less than 500 words), and a recommendation letter from an expert in the relevant field or the head of the applicant’s institution.
